Oh and I have 1 quick question about this line...
Blizzard Entertainment kicks me off there realms everytime I have a .torrent program running.
I have had .torrents running before while playing your title, with no problems.
Would this be a violation in your EULA?

I think that would be fine, as the key word is OUR infrastructure. Torrents should'nt touch AN's network.

Alright, what is up with NetErr=5??
The blackout is just some IP address and I don't know what is it so I just blacked it out to be safe from hackers and whatnot.
Better safe than sorry.
Anyway, back to the complaint.
I was in my necro and was invited as a guest into another guild.
I logged off with my necro still in the guest guild hall and now the invitation has expired, I'm unable to log on with my necro anymore (at least I thought that was the problem, and if there's a problem like that, it should be fixed).
So I logged on with my warrior and asked an officer of that guild to guest invite me again.
Logged off, tried to log in with my necro, and I got that NetErr=5 message yet again.
Tried logging in with my necro about 10 times to no avail.
Works everytime with my warrior.
What's up with that?
How come I'm unable to log in with my necro but can do so with my warrior?
Edit:
Alright never mind.
All's well now.

I'm not sure when exactly it happened, but thanks for increasing the dye drops.
Also, Worths Icon and Rod were renamed to Wroths, which is as it should be, and even the old ones were fixed. I'm just glad there are noo "super rare cause its misspelled" monk items.
Oh and have somebody take out the virgoods spammers in Tomb of the Primeval Kings, please. They are clearly violating your new EULA. Thanks again!

Hey guys ... The issue with people not appearing to be in their guilds after an update is a known issue. You can usually repair this yourself by logging out for around 10 minutes and then returning.
|
This caused abit of greif last night.
If its a known issue why not do something about it?
I didnt know about it (nor did anyone in any dist i went to, so not much of a KNOWN issue is it), and at the least a message telling me to log out for 10 would have been nice

oh cry us a river why don't you... that's like saying "Since we can get people to the moon, why not Jupiter as well?"
Maybe:
1. The don't know the cause and are trying debug it
2. Its not a easy fix
3. Finding the source of the issue in a game which must have over 50,000 lines of code is easier said then done.
Maybe you haven't guessed, but bugging programming code is one of the hardest things to do, harder then writing it.

RTS, although its in your name, try not to flame. This thread is useful, it would be nice not to have it closed.
Another issue, suppose I had a friend with a chinese/something asian name, it wont let me add him to friends, no matter how i try it, even copy-pasting it doesnt work. I get no error messages or anything.

Good, anything to crush the virgoods and the like.
But just to clarify, this doesn't apply to selling/trading of game "stuff" for in game money does it?

I did read it yes... and maybe the could code in a message, however most people wouldn't read it and still complain such is the way of things.
Sorry but your comment annoyed me, I'm sorry.

I hardly think one 'flame' comment will get this closed... also my name as nothing to do with flaming, its from my day's of Starcaft and RTS game playing.
It be nice if you could keep to yourself... but still I stands by the fact that debuging software is easier said then done.

My point was not neccsarrly that they had fixed it, but more that they had not done something about it.
The only message i got was to log out and log back in. If they simply put in there that i should leave 10 minutes inbeetween logging in and out i would be happy.
hsit happens and i can deal with that, what i dont like is not being told what to do to fix it, WHEN THEY KNEW HOW TO.
If you find that annoying
Oh something else i remembered
The henchies all had a blue aura, someone else mentioned this. But i cant see a response to say if this is supposed to happen or a bug?
I think i prefere it, but im not too sure yet.

I like someone to post a image so I can comment on this, since I'm at work at the moment.
But it be good if NPCs did glow a general colour other then blue, maybe something not in use... would make it easier to click on traders that have about 10 million players around them.
Can someone post a screenshot of this strange blue glow effect?

well im at work also
best i can do is describe it.
Its the same as the aura the surrounds bosses, in this case a blue tint around the henchies outline.
It also does it on the storage people, i think its purple for them though. I didnt look at merchants ect so dont know about them.
I also dont know if the henchies still "glow" outside of town, i didnt take any to find out. I like it in town definatly, but not sure if its needed outside.
